Bombardier Dash 8 (formerly de Havilland Dash 8)

A series of twin engined turboprop aircraft, originally built by de Havilland of Canada, now Bombardier. Over 700 Dash 8’s have been built.
Dash 8 variants include:

Dash 8 100

The first Dash 8 introduced in 1983 with a capacity of 37 to 40 passengers, was in production until 2005.
The Q100 produced since 1996 have an active noise and vibration reduction system making them quieter for passengers.

Dash 8 200

Similar to the 100 but with more powerful engines giving improved performance.
The Q200 produced since 1996 have an active noise and vibration reduction system making them quieter for passengers.

Dash 8 300

The 300 is 3.4m longer than the 100 or 200 enabling it to carry.
The Q300 produced since 1996 have an active noise and vibration reduction system making them quieter for passengers.

Dash 8 Q400

The longer and further improved Q400, introduced in 200, carries 70 to 78 passengers and is 25% faster than it’s predecessors
