A twin rear mounted turbofan engined aircraft built from 1988 to 1997 by the Dutch manufacturer Fokker, with a total of 280 having been built.
The aircraft can carry upto 107 passengers with a range of 4300 Km, while the 100ER version had a range of 4750 Km.
