Nice Airport, otherwise known as Cote D Azure International Airport, is located 7km South West of Nice, in the heart of the Cote d Azure on, the south coast (French Riviera). The historic city of Nice is a major tourist centre and Monaco is 20Km to the north east.

Nice airport has two separate terminals – Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, approximately 1.5 Km apart.
A free shuttle bus runs between the two terminals every 5 minutes at peak times, taking 5 to 12 minutes.
Both terminals have recently been renovated and expanded, with T1 being completed in 2016, and T2 in 2017.

To and From the Airport


There is a bus service to a number of destinations or a taxi to Nice will cost around 30 Euros.
The nearest train station is approximately 2 Km from Terminal 1, on the Cannes/Nice/Monaco line.
In late 2018, a new tram service opened connecting both terminals with the edge of Nice city. The tramline is due to connect with the city centre and the rest of the Metro system later in 2019.

Monaco can be accessed by helicopter from Nice airport.
