Leipzig-Halle Airport, otherwise known as Schkeuditz Airport, is located 12Km North West of Leipzig, 16Km South East of Halle.
Leipzig Hale airport has good motorway connections, sitting on the junction of the A9 running from Berllin to Munich, and the A14 running from Magdeburg down to Dresden.
To and From the Airport
The airport has its own railway station with local trains to Leipzig or Halle and Intercity trains providing long distance connections.
A taxi to the centre of Leipzig will take around 30 minutes.
