Milan Airport, otherwise known as Linate Airport, is located 8Km East of the city of Milan, in the Lombardy region – the smaller and nearest to the city of the two Milan airports, approximately 20Km from the Monza Formula 1 race circuit
Milan Linate airport is expected to close for three months from 27/07/2019 to 27/10/2019 for repairs to the runway and “Airport Restyling”
Of the two airports serving Milan, Linate is more used for domestic flights.
To and From the Airport
Linate airport is connected by bus to Milan city every 10 minutes for 1.50 Euros. There are also bus links to Malpensa airport, Pavia and Brescia, Verona and Lugano.
A taxi to the centre of Milan will cost around 35 Euros, or 105 Euros to Malpensa airport.
